- Banji graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University as a statistician and later proceeded to deepen his knowledge by obtaining PGD in Management, MBA in Marketing and MSc in Business Administration.
- An Accredited Management Trainer (AMT) by Nigerian Council for Management Development, he has CMD’s Basic and Advanced Trainers Development certificates. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Fellow of Institute of Management Consultants-Nigeria (FIMC). He is a Certified Management Specialist with distinction in Time Management from the London Graduate School.
- Banji has conducted many local/international research and training programs on many major topical issues.
- He worked on and developed many multinational brands; conducting market research, and brand strategy; among those brands are: Total, Coca-Cola, Nescafe, Peugeot, Zenith Bank, Eco Bank, Access Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Econet, FAN Milk, Dabur, Dulux, Berger, Sandtex , Power Malt, Vita Malt, Trophy, Grand Malt, Dangote noodles and pastas, Indomie and a host of others.
- Prominent among the organizations where Banji worked are: IDSL (NNPC), Research International Nigeria, McCann Erickson (STB) Lagos and Youth Dynamix Nigeria.
- He is currently the Group CEO of Market Scan International Group with Global SWOT Energy Services LTD, Market Scan International LTD, Dally B Associates LTD in the stable. Banji sits on board of many other reputable organizations such as, Ecoworld Communications, Public Affairs and Protocol Management Academy LTD, Next Level Cooperative Society and Bethesda Foundation.
- Widely traveled, both within and outside Nigeria; he has attended many local and foreign courses.
